Education Provided: Ghost Rider has now been informed that all notable hills in the UK begin with “B”. This adds to his previous education that cyclists do not wear underwear.

It’s a good job everyone loves bluebells, as this Saturday morning ride seemed to pass every one of them in Hertfordshire. We even took a detour off-road to hunt out a particularly beautiful bunch of them. What a treat!
The ride was sandwiched either side of lunch and a beer at everyone’s favourite Ayot St Lawrence pub, The Brocket Arms.
Special mention goes to Jam for forgetting to bring a waterbottle; borrowing Flex’s spare one; and then subsequently having it bounce from his bottle cage under the wheels of passing traffic. Fortunately it still functions perfectly well, and so there is no need for Jam to replace it.
